Electronic Devices Onboard Portable electronic devices (PED’s) such as mobile phones, electronic readers and tablet computers on all flights in flight mode only.
Larger electronic devices – such as laptops – need to be stored for takeoff and landing. During the safety announcements, headphones are not to be worn and electronic devices switched to flight mode only or turned off.
Some electronic devices can be used during the whole duration of the flight without any restrictions:
- heart pacemakers
- hearing aids
- implanted medical devices
- electronic nerve stimulators

Frequently asked questions
Passengers are allowed 25 kg of free checked baggage for both adults and children on most fare bundles.
Infants do not receive a checked baggage allowance, but they may carry one hand luggage weighing up to 5 kg.
If your luggage exceeds 25 kg, excess baggage fees will be charged per kilogram at the airport.
The maximum weight for a single bag is 32 kg. Bags heavier than this must be repacked into smaller bags.
